Membership Agreement:

• I am 21 years of age or older

• Adult signature is mandatory for wine shipments

• Your credit card will be charged the cost of the wine club shipment prior to receiving your wine

• Shipment received 7-10 days after payment

• Memberships may be canceled after 2 shipments with a written 30 day notice

• You are responsible for all costs incurred as a result of wine shipment being returned to the winery and for reshipment.
