THE RANCH HOUSE
The Ranch House
Our Ranch House is located at the entrance of our 50 acre vineyard and winery property, just a short distance from our tasting room and Inn. It has many outdoor seating areas with a pool, spa and game area with rural valley views. Surrounded by vineyards, oak trees and grazing horses you can enjoy the rural vineyard lifestyle we all love. You will be in the heart of Westside Paso Robles minutes from numerous world class wineries. Right outside your front door are beautiful winding oak tree lined roads excellent for biking, running or walking. .Downtown Paso Robles is approx 12 minutes or 7 miles away, The coast and the beaches are only 25 minutes (25 miles) and under 40 minutes to Hearst Castle.
BED & BATHS
There are 4 bedrooms in the main house. 2 at one end with a shared 'Jack and Jill' bathroom with a separate shower and tub.
The 2 bedrooms at the other end of the house have a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo. 3 bedrooms have 1 Cal King bed in each room and the other has 1 queen bed.
LIVING AREA
The living area has a big screen TV and 2 couches. A wood burning fireplace for those cooler nights and a dinning table to seat 8.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.
OUTSIDE
The BBQ area has one gas and one wood fired Santa Maria BBQ for your use. There is a game area with horseshoes, bean toss and a croquet set adjacent to the pool area. Relax under your choice of the 4 gazebos or lounge under the shade tree on the hammock. There is an exercise trail on the property or enjoy a hike around the oak covered roads or up to the tasting room for an afternoon complimentary wine tasting.
POOL AND SPA
A 20' x 40' swimming pool can be used in the summer and a heated spa year around. The pool and spa are fully fenced for those who have young children. A sturdy pool cover winterizes the pool and can also be closed in warmer months if additional safety is requested.
LOCATION
Located in the heart of Westside Paso Robles surrounded by wineries.
Downtown Paso Robles is approx 12 minutes or 7 miles.
The coast and the beaches are only 25 minutes (25 miles)
Hearst Castle is under 40 minutes drive along famous coastal Hwy 1.
STUDIO OPTION
The Studio is a separate attached area with it's own heating and cooling, bathroom and shower, TV and lounge area. 2 leather sleeper couches can be made up as beds to accommodate up to 3 additional guests.
